1. Scope of Services

Precision Pros Pressure Washing agrees to provide exterior cleaning services as outlined in the estimate or invoice. Services may include pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, paver cleaning/sealing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.

2. Scheduling & Access

• The customer agrees to provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

• All windows and doors must be securely closed prior to service.

• Pets must be kept inside or secured away from work areas.

• The customer must ensure water access is available and functioning.

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

• Precision Pros Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Loose siding, trim, or soffits

  • Cracked or oxidized surfaces

  • Poorly sealed windows or doors

  • Electrical issues or exposed wiring

• Any existing damage should be reported prior to service.

4. Soft Washing & Chemicals

• We use professional-grade cleaning solutions, including sodium hypochlorite (bleach-based cleaners), to remove mold, mildew, and algae.

• These solutions may affect plants or landscaping if not properly protected; however, we take precautions to minimize risk.

• The customer acknowledges and accepts the use of these cleaning agents.

5. Plant & Landscape Protection

• We take reasonable precautions to protect plants and landscaping.

• The customer is responsible for informing us of any delicate or sensitive plants prior to service.

• Pre-watering plants is recommended.

6. Water Usage

• Services are performed using the customer’s water supply unless otherwise agreed.

• The customer acknowledges water usage during the cleaning process.

7. Stain Removal Disclaimer

• While we strive for the best results, some stains (e.g., rust, oil, deep-set stains, oxidation, or tannin stains) may not be completely removable.

• No guarantee is made for 100% stain removal.

8. Paver Sealing (If Applicable)

• Sealing is weather-dependent and may require rescheduling.

• Sanding and sealing results may vary based on surface condition and prior wear.

• Foot and vehicle traffic must be avoided for the recommended curing period.

9. Weather Conditions

• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions (rain, lightning, high winds, etc.).

• We will communicate any necessary changes promptly.

10. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or electronic payment.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

12. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Any concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of service completion.

• We will make reasonable efforts to address issues reported within this timeframe.

13. Liability Limitation

• Precision Pros Pressure Washing is fully insured.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Agreement

By accepting our estimate, or scheduling service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
